After-hours / urgent retrieval: + CI $25 (US $30).

📦 Receive/Hold & Deliver

Base rate includes up to 30 lbs. Weight surcharges apply above 30 lbs.

Note: Two-person or stair-only deliveries may incur an additional on-site handling fee.

🔄 Package Return

• Free — when picked up by the carrier at our warehouse
• CI $20 (US $24) — when TradeWinds delivers the return to a location.

🛃 Customs Brokerage (Only)

CI $75 (US $90) flat fee.

💳 TW Credit Card / Online Purchase Assistance

• Purchases up to US $250: CI $15 (US $18)
• Purchases above US $250: CI $25 (US $30)

Storage reminder: Gold members receive 14 days free storage (Miami); Premium members receive 30 days. After the free period, standard storage fees apply per our policy.
