Shipping Fee: CI $2.00/lb or CI $8.25/cu ft — whichever is greater
Handling & Logistics Fee (≤150 lbs):
- 0–CI $500 or 0–5 cu ft: CI $25 (min CI $45 if >10 items)
- CI $501–1,000 or 5.01–10 cu ft: CI $35 (min CI $50 if >15 items)
- CI $1,001–2,000 or 10.01–20 cu ft: CI $45 (min CI $55 if >20 items)
- CI $2,001–3,000 or 20.01–30 cu ft: CI $55 (min CI $65 if >25 items)
- CI $3,001+ or 30+ cu ft: CI $65–75 (min CI $75+ if >30 items)
Handling Fee (>150 lbs): CI $0.60 per lb
Port & Clearance Services: CI $1.50/cu ft (minimum CI $25)
Cayman Customs Duty: 22% to 27% based on CIF (Cost + Insurance + Freight)

Do the maths on a real shipment. A 20 lb box, 1 cubic foot: with us that’s CI$40 freight plus a CI$25 handling fee — CI$65 all in, customs cleared. A cheaper-looking headline rate elsewhere can land at CI$90+ once customs brokerage is added on top. Ask what a quoted price actually covers before you compare it to ours.

Customs duty itself is set by Cayman Customs and is passed through at cost on every shipment, by every forwarder. What differs is whether the clearing of it is included in your price. With us, it is.
