📦 Delivery Tiers
- Platinum (5–6 Days) – Platinum Members only
- Expedite B (3–5 Days) – available to all customers
- Expedite A (1–3 Days) – available to all customers
💰 Shipping Rates
Use the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight: (L × W × H) ÷ 166
- Platinum: CI $2.75/lb (minimum CI $40)
- Expedite B: CI $3.25/lb (minimum CI $25)
- Expedite A: CI $4.50/lb (minimum CI $50)
🧮 Handling & Logistics Fee
- How it is calculated: (Billable weight × CI$1.00) − CI$25, with a minimum of CI$25.
- If 1.5% of your declared goods value is higher than that, we charge the 1.5% instead.
- Examples: up to 50 lbs = CI$25 · 75 lbs = CI$50 · 100 lbs = CI$75 · 150 lbs = CI$125 · 250 lbs = CI$225
