- Platinum (5–6 Days) – Platinum Members only
- Expedite B (3–5 Days) – available to all customers
- Expedite A (1–3 Days) – available to all customers
💰 Shipping Rates
Billable weight is the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight: (L × W × H) ÷ 166. Rates step down as weight rises, and each band applies only to the pounds inside it — so a heavier shipment is never cheaper than a lighter one.

What the Handling & Logistics Fee covers
Receiving, inspection and verification at our Florida warehouse; consolidation of your packages into one shipment; airway bill and documentation; carrier fuel and security surcharges; customs entry preparation and brokerage; manifest and declaration filing; and delivery in Grand Cayman. Other forwarders bill most of these separately. We don’t.
Cayman Customs duty is additional. Duty is set by Cayman Customs (roughly 22–27% of cost, insurance and freight) and passed through at cost, plus a customs clearance charge of CI$10 or 3% of the duty advanced, whichever is greater.
