Whether you’re visiting Miami or ordering online, we’ll hold, retrieve, or reroute your packages with flexibility.

  • Hotel/Airbnb Hold: We pick up packages from your hotel or Airbnb until you’re ready.
  • Flexible Options: Choose to ship back home, deliver to another company, or mail within the U.S.
  • South Florida Delivery: Get your items delivered directly to you when you’re in town.
  • Platinum Members: Priority handling and reduced fees.

Service Fee Schedule

Fees are shown in CI$ and US$ (CI$ × 1.22). Billed in addition to standard shipping/handling and any storage charges.

One collection or delivery, up to 30 lbs, plus CI$2 packing supplies. The same zone fee applies whether we are collecting a package for you, holding and delivering it, or dropping it to a hotel, airport, or another shipping provider.

Add-ons:
Weight over 30 lbs — CI$5 per additional 10 lbs
Extra stops on the same trip — CI$10 each after the first
Rush or after-hours (within 24 hours, or outside 9–5) — CI$25
Waiting time — CI$10 per 15 minutes after a 10-minute grace period
Failed delivery because the address on your account was out of date — CI$25 re-delivery fee

Storage. Free storage and storage charges are set out in our Terms & Conditions (Section 9). In short: Miami — Gold 14 days free, Platinum 30. Cayman — Gold 7 days free, Platinum 14. After that, CI$2.00 per package per day. Free periods are halved in peak season (1 Nov – 31 Dec).

After-hours / urgent retrieval: + CI $25 (US $30).

 

📦 Hold & Deliver

Base rate includes up to 30 lbs. Weight surcharges apply above 30 lbs.

Note: Two-person or stair-only deliveries may incur an additional on-site handling fee.

 

🔄 Package Return

  • Free — when picked up by the carrier at our warehouse
  • CI $20 (US $24) — when TradeWinds delivers the return to a location

 

Storage reminder: Gold members receive 14 days free storage (Miami); Platinum members receive 30 days. After the free period, standard storage fees apply per our policy.
