Whether you’re visiting Miami or ordering online, we’ll hold, retrieve, or reroute your packages with flexibility.

  • Hotel/Airbnb Hold: We pick up packages from your hotel or Airbnb until you’re ready.
  • Flexible Options: Choose to ship back home, deliver to another company, or mail within the U.S.
  • South Florida Delivery: Get your items delivered directly to you when you’re in town.
  • Platinum Members: Priority handling and reduced fees.

  • Free — when picked up by the carrier at our warehouse
  • CI $20 (US $24) — when TradeWinds delivers the return to a location

 

Storage reminder: Gold members receive 14 days free storage (Miami); Premium members receive 30 days. After the free period, standard storage fees apply per our policy.
