Personalized Shopping – Fees
Fees shown in CI$ and US$ (CI$ × 1.20). The booking fee is applied to your service total.

- Booking fee: CI $20 (US $24)
- Shopper time: CI $40/hr (US $48/hr) – 1-hr minimum, then 15-min increments
- Travel zone fee (per trip): Broward – included; Dade – + CI $15 (US $18); Palm Beach – + CI $15 (US $18)
- Extra store stops (same trip): + CI $10 (US $12) each after the first
- Returns/Exchanges (in-person): CI $25 (US $30) + time at standard hourly rate
- Rush / After-hours: + CI $25 (US $30) if needed within 24 hours or outside 9–5
- Waiting time: After a 10-minute grace per stop, CI $10 per 15 min (US $12)
- Payment with TW card: CI $15 (US $18) ≤ US $250;
CI $25 (US $30) ≤ US $250
- Delivery of purchased items: billed under our Hold & Deliver rates (county base; + CI $5 / 10 lbs over 30 lbs)
