How you redeem
100 Trade Coins = CI$1 in account credit.
Use your credit toward shipping, handling, and storage fees. (Trade Coins can’t be applied to customs duties.)
Good to know
- Trade Coins are added automatically once your shipment is paid — nothing to claim.
- Coins are valid for 12 months. Active Platinum members’ coins never expire while membership is current.
- Check your balance any time in your TradeWinds customer portal.
